Inspection Pricing

Although it is difficult to establish a set fee structure that works for every home, every time, here is the framework from which our prices are formulated:

• A typical, standard inspection on a Single Family Home, under 1500 square feet, is $250.00.
• A typical, standard inspection on a Townhouse, under 1500 square feet, is $225.00.
• A typical, standard inspection on a Condominium, under 1200 square feet, is $175.00.

Please add $10.00 for each additional 100 square feet.

• FREE with Home Inspection OR
• $45 with Insurance Inspection Only

All fees are due in full at the time of the inspection.  For your convenience, you can pay online through our verified Paypal payment system.
